About me
DCH (Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy) - M.Ed. - Kinetic Shift & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner - Executive Coach
I am a certified specialist in clinical hypnotherapy and coaching, with an evidence-based approach to achieving health, joy, and success. My methodology is all-inclusive, inspiring, and goal-directed; it incorporates the best elements of positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and neuroscience.

I had extensive training and experience in helping my clients to achieve desirable changes via state-of-the-art practices in clinical hypnotherapy. My goal is to produce a secure and caring atmosphere for each individual I work with, thereby enabling them to investigate aspects of their life they desire to change.

I will work with you to develop a tailored plan that is specific to your goals and needs. This plan will be anchored in the latest research on how humans learn, how behaviours change and how habits form – allowing us to take steps towards achieving your desired outcome together in an effective manner.

My ultimate goal is to help you unlock your potential and reach the place where you feel your life truly reflects what you want it to be.

I combine my skills and knowledge to help people take control of their lives and realise success through learning, coaching, or hypnotherapy. I believe that everybody has the capacity to be great; it only takes unlocking their inner blocks to uncover this potential. Entrust me with helping you create a life of excellence, managing addictive behaviours, anxiety, fears, phobias and improving your performance.

My extraordinary journey
Before I tried Hypnotherapy and Coaching myself, I thought it was all airy-fairy stuff. I was too smart for all that weird fluffy stuff. But life has a way of letting you know when something's wrong. It has lots of ways! In my case, I had been dealing with stress and anxieties off and on. Many sleepless nights took a toll on my health and well-being. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, my blood pressure went way about the boundaries of what is remotely normal. Needless to say, I was desperate.
I searched for self-improvement techniques, meditation, and yoga and came across Hypnotherapy. My mind kept saying, "Try it." Finally, I gave in and made my way to a hypnotist. By the time the session was over, I had noticed I felt more relaxed, my blood pressure was only slightly elevated, and I thought I was at peace with myself. Daily, with hypnosis and slight tweaks to my daily routine, I recovered and managed stress, anxieties and self-limiting beliefs.
